Daily audit limits determine how many unique tender documents you can analyze using our Llama AI engines. Limits reset automatically every day at midnight (IST). If your limit is reached, you can upgrade your plan or wait until the next day.
Q: How do I receive WhatsApp alerts?
For Pro and Premium users, when you save a search alert, you can enable WhatsApp notifications. Bids matching your filters will be pushed directly to your registered phone number via WhatsApp within minutes of publication.
Q: Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can request a change of plans or cancellation directly from your account. Plan transitions requested mid-billing cycle will be processed immediately.
Q: What is included in the custom scraper integration?
For Enterprise users, we build custom scrapers to fetch and audit tenders from other platforms (such as state procurement portals, railways, or defence portals) in addition to GeM.
