1. Terms of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Just Social, concerning your access to and use of our website and applications. By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
3. User Representations & Registration
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (4) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
4. Subscription & Plan Usage
We offer both Free (Basic) plans and paid premium subscriptions (Pro, Starter, Premium, and Enterprise). Document downloads, WhatsApp notifications, and AI analysis limits are determined by your active plan. Sharing accounts or bypassing download protections is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Tender data is compiled from public procurement portals (like GeM). While we strive for accuracy, Just Social is not responsible for any bid rejections, discrepancies, errors, or delays in publishing. The Llama AI audits are advisory in nature; users must verify bid documents before final submission.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
